Institutions & Commercial

Our firm has provided customary civil engineering design for shopping centers, medical facilities, parking garages, office buildings, schools, fire stations, sports facilities, historic sites, and numerous food service projects. Many of these projects included our services as the civil engineering team member with other engineering consultants and architects. Our firm accomplished several DOD projects at the Naval Weapons Station, The Charleston Naval Base, and the Parris Island Marine Corps training Depot.


 Our firm has provided site design services for over 350 Chick-fil-A food service projects throughout the Carolinas and Georgia. In addition, our firm have also provided site design services for over 100 other individual fast-food projects throughout the Carolinas and Georgia.

Commercial

We have provided Civil Engineering Design Services to Chick-fil-A and other similar commercial clients since the early 1980's to the present day, which includes site design services for hundreds of sites. Services include site planning, erosion control and land disturbance permitting, storm drainage system design, stormwater detention and water quality, water and sewer extensions and services, other utility services (electric, gas, telephone, cable, etc.), fire sprinkler design, construction phase services, legal exhibit preparation, and numerous other miscellaneous services. Service also included detailed site investigations and feasibility determination, consultant coordination (Architectural, Geotechnical, Landscape, Site Lighting, Plumbing, Fire sprinkler, Signage, Traffic Impact Analysis, etc.).
